Customer Feedback Guides the Development of Our Services
Feedback from our customers and their family members is an important part of the continuous improvement of our operations. Through feedback, we gain a better understanding of our customers’ needs, improve our services, and develop new solutions to support them. The Wellbeing Services County of East Uusimaa uses several feedback surveys for different target groups.
Feedback is used to assess the quality of care and services both in day-to-day operations and in strategic decision-making. Positive feedback enhances employee motivation and strengthens the sense of meaningful work. Constructive feedback, in turn, provides valuable insights into how we can better serve our customers.
Our goal is to make the widest possible use of customer feedback in operational development and the continuous improvement of our services.
NPS – A Key Indicator of Customer Experience
One of our most important customer experience indicators is the Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures how likely our customers are to recommend our services to others. The NPS score ranges from -100 to +100: the higher the score, the greater the proportion of customers willing to recommend our services.
When interpreting NPS results, it is important to consider how the feedback was collected. Systematically collected feedback through text message surveys generally produces more positive results than spontaneous feedback provided via the website.
