At the Askolan Social and Health centre, we provide care for residents of the wellbeing services county who have acute ailments or chronic illnesses.
We also offer health counseling and administer vaccinations for adults that are included in the national vaccination program.
If you need a prescription renewal, we ask that you primarily take care of it during your scheduled follow-up appointment. If your prescription needs to be renewed between check-ups, you can handle the matter by phone or through Omakanta.
In some situations, you can have an appointment with a nurse remotely via phone or computer. The suitability of a remote appointment is always assessed on a case-by-case basis during the evaluation of your care needs, but you may also suggest it yourself.
