Vinkki-activities are at the low threshold meeting place, also connected to Olkkari-activities.

There are five containers for needles and syringes used for drugs in Porvoo:
- City centre: Corner of City Park, near the intersection of Lundinkatu and Kaivokatu
- Art Factory: Under the Aleksanterinkatu bridge, the underpass on the western side
- Gammelbacka: The intersection of Tornipolku and Koulumestarintie
- Huhtinen: The intersection of Kesätuulentie and Galgbackantie
- Kevätkumpu: The intersection between the shopping centre (the side where the underpass is) and the pavement that continues from Lohentie
