HyVä-digi´s nurse chat will be open on April 21 to 24, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Saturday, April 25, 2026, the chat service will be open as usual from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
HyVä-digi will be closed May 1, 2026.
HyVä-digi is a service where you can get help remotely. For example, you can communicate with a professional via chat or attend a video appointment with a professional.
Chatting with a nurse, a dental care professional, social worker or a physiotherapist is free. If you are referred to a doctor or physiotherapist via remote consultation an invoice will be sent to you.
Contact professionals via one channel only. Only one contact is enough. Please wait for a call-back if you have asked the client assistance to call you back. Please do not contact us via HyVä-digi as well.
There will be rush in services if many people contact us many times. Everyone will then have to wait longer for help.
In case of emergency call 112!
