How to borrow assistive devices

Book an appointment in advance at the assistive devices service. You can find the contact information further down on this page.

Contact the assistive devices services also when you need a payment commitment. A payment commitment means that the wellbeing services county pays fees related to assistive devices on your behalf.

You can receive medical supplies from the medical supplies distribution. Medical supplies are for example blood glucose test trips and Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP)-devices, meant for treatment of sleep apnea.

Cleanliness, maintenance, and return of assistive devices

Please note the following when borrowing an assistive device:

Please return the assistive device to the same place from where you borrowed it. No booking is required for returning the devices. Please remember to check in advance the opening hours for the unit to where you are returning the device.
