Adult Mental Health Services provide help if you have challenges with your mental health. We can also help you if you are experiencing a crisis in your life. We help adults over 22 years of age who do not have student or occupational health care. You can come to the clinic without an appointment. Our services are free of charge.
Feel free to contact us if you are concerned about yourself or someone close to you. We offer support at all social and health centres. You can also get help

- from the Myötätuuli Partnership House
- from the webpage mielenterveystalo.fi (only partially available in English).
- First, fill in the Therapy Navigator (you will be taken to another service(siirryt toiseen palveluun))
- Save the code you get when filling in the questionnaire.
- Call the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
- Give the code from the Therapy Navigator to the professional over the phone.
The professional will talk to you about your answers for the Therapy Navigator. After that, they will offer you the right help.

Phone appointments: Monday to Friday at 8.00–11.00. You can cancel your appointment by voicemail 24 hours a day. When doing so, tell your name, date of birth, and what appointment you want to cancel. Tell also, if you want the nurse to call you back or not.
Use secure mail if your message contains confidential information. Instructions for sending secure mail can be found above under “Secure Mail.”
You can contact us by email if the matter is not urgent, or if you are an authority. Do not send sensitive information by email! Email is not secure. All mental health service employees read emails.

Söderkulla Social and Health Centre
Address: Amiraalintie 4, 01150 Söderkulla (B stairwell, 2nd floor). Walk in from the yard of the apartment building.
